Chain Saw Chaps - Professional Style

These Kevlar chaps offer a higher level of protection and less bulk than ballistic nylon chaps.  They are manufactured to meet US Forest Service specification number 6170-4.  Color: olive green. Available in three lengths (measure from the waist to desired length.  NOTE: For maximum protection, chaps length should be 2" below boot tops.  Protective coverage begins below waist-belt).  Sizes L to XXL.


--The protection comes from four layers of Kevlar fabrics - two layers of basket-woven Kevlar and two layers of needle-punched Kevlar - to slow the speed of the saw chain's penetration, which allows more reaction time and decreases the chance of severe or fatal injury.
--Designed for easy on and off - features nylon web leg straps with adjustable Delrin buckles and a side-mounted slide and lock belt buckle at the waist
--A handy tool pouch with snap closure is fitted to the waist belt so that saw maintenance tools are always within reach.
