People considering purchasing new power equipment products via the Internet should first consider some important issues. What if you experience problems getting your equipment running properly? What if you need assistance with assembly or adjustment? Where will you turn?

Perhaps most importantly, what about Warranty Coverage? Where will you go if your equipment requires warranty service? These are important questions to ask. Some Internet sellers claim that you can obtain warranty service from “any factory authorized dealer.” This is simply not true in regard to our products. We strongly suggest that you purchase your power equipment from a local authorized servicing dealer, who will be willing and able to provide warranty service and all the other product support you would expect from a quality brand.
